The people behind Luxe.
Joe Viviano
Long before Luxe had a name, building was part of owner Joe Viviano’s family. His dad (Joe) and Uncle Don built log cabins in Appalachia and the Ozarks in the 1970s. Growing up, Joe spent time beside his dad, grandpa (Wymon), and uncles (Don and Wymon Jr.) as they worked. Some of his first memories are of banging nails into scrap lumber while his dad and uncles were building his aunt and uncle’s log cabin.
In 1995, while still in high school, Joe began working summers for a painting company with his dad. His dad taught him the trades and how to work through the challenges that come up on a construction project. He started his own business in 2005 and formed Luxe Homes and Luxe Painting in 2012. Over the years, working with homeowners, designers, and real estate professionals helped develop his eye for what a space could become, alongside the practical skills to make it happen.
Those family roots still shape how we approach a home today: understand what matters to the people living there, think through the details, and take pride in the work.
At Luxe Homes, we help homeowners see what’s possible and decide where their investment will make the biggest difference. Whether you have a clear plan or just know you are ready for something new, we’d love to hear what you have in mind.
